Looking for a high energy class?

Each class begins with a short breathing exercise, followed by a gentle warmup and sun salutations. Each class will include standing poses for strength and stability as well as increased flexibility. I love to focus on shoulders and the side body to help support anyone with a hectic day job who builds up too much tension sitting at their desk.
Things you can expect in my yoga classes:
